Hi, I’m Julia.

I am a licensed mental health counselor associate in Washington State.

I provide a warm and collaborative style of talk therapy for individual adults (18+), specifically those struggling with depression, anxiety, and relationship issues.

My Approach

Integrated Approaches

Therapy is all about talking about things that are difficult to talk about. This requires a level of trust and comfort that can only come from mutual investment in a strong therapeutic relationship. My goal is to provide a warm and judgment-free space where you can explore your deepest curiosities and concerns about your life. I view myself as a partner walking alongside you in curiosity, bringing supportive perspectives from my training in mental health counseling, life experiences, and continuing education.

Together, we'll explore how the experiences of your past impact your present well being, coping strategies, and relationships. Therapy offers the opportunity to tune in to your needs, identify patterns that may help or hinder those needs from being met, and gain deep insights about yourself that allow you to move forward in life with greater clarity and resolve.

I bring skills from my background in literature, education, yoga, and farming to my work with clients. I incorporate attachment-based, emotionally-focused, and relational-cultural perspectives to support you in developing an empowered and compassionate self-narrative.
